Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at wealthy@rich-af.com so we can address the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Given the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any items, including sale items or gift cards. We also do not accept returns for personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Refunds

As all sales are final, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances. Please ensure that your order is correct before completing your purchase.

Please note that all our items are made to order. That means our artisans spend time in getting ready your items so it meets our high standards. Due to this, we are strictly unable to provide any refunds for change of mind.
